Paddle Pilates Instructor
There is nothing more amazing than being on the water when the sun rises and sets! This class is very beginner-friendly, ideal for those who have never done SUP or Pilates. However, those experienced in either or both activities will enjoy it and be challenged to continually improve upon their skills. The biggest benefit of combining Pilates with SUP is that core strength and balance are required to be a successful Stand Up Paddler, and Pilates will help immensely. Conversely, if you are looking for abs of steel and/or balance, SUP Pilates will help you reach your goals more quickly because your body has to stabilize the board while doing the exercises.
Private class $65.00 includes paddleboard rental.
Group class 5 or more $50.00 per person includes Paddleboard rental.
